Tenant Guidelines

Rent

Rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order

Rates

Tenants are responsible for dealing directly with the Local Valuation and Lands office or the Rates Collection Agency for all matters regarding rates.

Insurance

Cookstown Enterprise Centre insures the overall building. Tenants are responsible for Public Liability and all other insurances associated to their business.

Fire Safety Requirements

Tenants are requested to comply with the Northern Ireland Fire Authority requirements with regard to fire extinguishers and Fire Risk Assessment awareness.

Tenancy Agreements

Tenancy Agreements are offered to tenants with an flexible option to terminate giving 3 months notice to vacate policy in operation.

Security

Cookstown Enterprise Centre is secured by electronic gates and each tenant will be provided with security code for access.

Electicity/Telephone

Tenants are responsible for negotiating directly with NI Electricity and their phone provider for connection or disconnection of these services and the subsequent payment of invoices for this service.

Waste Disposal

Tenants are responsible for the disposal of their own waste. Further information can be obtained from the local council offices.
